What you get is a line-up of dishes to choose from such as the Fried Salmon Skin with Salted Egg Yolk and Chicken Floss, Chilled Jelly Fish and Japanese Cucumber with Szechuan Sauce and; Century Egg with Pickled Ginger for appetiser.

For soup, the Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Wolfberries, Cabbage and Ginger, Homemade Fish Paste Soup with Seaweed and Duo Mushrooms and; Imperial Hot and Sour Soup with Assorted Seafood and Bean Curd are offered.

As for mains, Executive Chinese Chef, Tommy Choong Chan Hoo favours quality-driven ingredients and the value set meal offerings are no different.
