Seafood “Eat All You Can” Buffet @ Lemon Garden

After the pandemic, everyone is starting to adapt to the new-norm. And dining for your buffet is different from last time. This time; we had our buffet at Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur in a new way.

Being a big fans of Lemon Garden, I am indulged with their buffet where now they had come out with their ala-carte buffet. For this time, we visited Lemon Garden again to enjoy their newly introduced its own Seafood “Eat-All-You-Can” with Live Cooking Stations for the enjoyment of all.

In here you can enjoy the wide variety of their delicious tempted ala-carte meal where their talented Chef will be manning the live cooking station featuring over 60 different types of dish for your temptations. And here you can enjoy your delicious awesome dining delights to be served on your table warmly within minutes.


Some of the highlights from their menu includes the wide variety of seafood , selections of sashimi and sushi. Some of the must try is their famous Freshly ShuckedUS Oyster, Chilled Lobster, Mud Crab, Shrimp Cocktail, Norwegian Salmon Sashimi, Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Octopus Sashimi, Salmon Aburi Nigiri, California Roll and Spicy Tuna Hand Roll.

Asides from that, you can also go for their wide variety of the salad and cold cut where you can go for their variety choices of salads as well as Classic Caesar Salad, Mango Kerabu, Thai Papaya Salad, Cucumber Salad with Grill Beef Steaks, Cold Cut Meat Platter and Smoked Fish Platter.

Don’t miss out their Tempura too where you can have their delicious crispy tempura which is freshly fried upon order. One can have the choice of Mixed Vegetable, Prawn, Whiting
Fish, Tempura Sauce and White Radish.


For those who are looking for some noodles, do go for their variety tempting delicious classic dishes such as Curry Noodles, Nyonya Laksa, Wanton, Noodle Soup and Ipoh Hor Fun. Not just that, you can also enjoy the wide variety choice of the local, Malay and Indian dishes which includes the Malaysian Satay, Chicken Tikka, Punjabi Samosa, Daging Masak Rendang, Ayam Kapitan Berkentang, Nasi Biryani Kambing, Mihari Gosht, Kari Kepala Ikan, Kadhai Gobhi Aloo, Sayur Lodeh and Paneer Butter Masala.

Made with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly, our Pizza Oven offers all-time favorite pizza toppings such as Margherita, Spicy Beef, Smoked Duck and Mushroom and Spinach. Move over to the Pasta cooking station where you will find options like Chicken Bolognaise, Mushroom and Smoked Beef Brisket, Arrabiata and Smoked Salmon and Zucchini.

From the Grill, whet your appetite on Australian Beef Flank Steak, Australian Lamb Chop, Baked Norwegian Salmon, Seabass Fillet and Confit Duck Leg. Also, be sure to ask for the Roast of The Day from our servers.


And I will never say no to their Double Boiled Soup where you can enjoy the Snow Pear and
Chicken, Chicken Herbal and Winter Melon. Other options include Steamed Grouper, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Fried Rice “Yong Chow Style”, Penang Char Kway Teow, Salted Egg Yolk Prawn and Wok Fried Seasonal Vegetable.

As a side dish, choose from our selection of Extras which include Grilled Broccoli, Cumin Orange Roasted Carrots, Roasted Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steamed White Rice, Cashew Basmati and Buttered Naan.

Complete your meal with Dessert choices of Ice Kacang, Coconut Sticky Rice, Malay Kuih, Banana Fritter, Crème Brulee, Chocolate Lava Cake, Bubur Cha Cha and Seasonal Fruits. The Seafood “Eat-All-You-Can” Menu is available Daily, from 6pm to 10pm – priced at
RM158 nett per person.
