For those who are big fans of Mala, is time to visit Málà Cantine for an awesome mala sensation. Mala Canteen is one of the worthy place to visit where they offer you with the authentic mala soup and many more. What’s more is – they are served in individual pot.

Walking to the restaurant, it is something different from the usual Mala Steamboat restaurant we visited. The shop comes with the style of the olden days of China and this style is really brings me back to the antique look of it. In here, one can enjoy their meals from their beautifully curated custom-made solid wood tables, chairs with the rattan feel in it.

In Málà Cantine, we had understand that the boss who is genuine ChongQing native and has been in Malaysia for over 10 years as they have a family here. The soup base had been formulated own his own and these are the secret family recipe that is used to cook the awesome Ma la broth!

In here, one can have your personal pot hotpot with their choice of soup based where you can go for Two Flavours, ChongQing Mala Soup, Collagen Soup, Mushroom Soup, Clear Soup, Vegetarian Soup and many more. The soup are freshly cooked to ensure the quality of the soup and bot just that, their fresh vegetable and produce delivered daily and never kept overnight. As for me, we really enjoy their soup base where the Collagen Soup is one of the best sellers in their shop.

And in here, one can enjoy the quality ingredient to diners where they are freshly purchase daily. Using the premium supplier for their pork, you can have the wide choices of pork from the Spanish Pork Balls, Iberico Pork, Flower Pork and many more. They are using also Australian Beef, and New Zealand Lamb for their cooking too. With over 80 choices of ingredients to accompany with your hotpot, you are assured to enjoy them till the fullest!

Asides from the normal variety, one can enjoy the unique selection of ingredients that is imported from ChongQing too. You can tried their Dried Dictyophora, White Fungus, Black Fungus, Shanghai Noodles, Sze Chuan Bamboo and many more.

Oh ya, must TRY is of course their signature Spicy Mala Pork. The pork is perfectly an indulgence with the spicy sensation and every mouthful is so indulging and perfect.

Asides from their awesome ingredients to pair with the food, one can also enjoy the wide variety of cooked food while waiting for your hotpot to heat up! Don’t miss out their ChongQing Crispy Pork, Fried Chicken Chop, and the Leek Dumplings. They are really impressive. The meat comes addictively good which I don’t mind having more of it. They are just perfect to my indulgence where every mouthful comes delighting good and juicy. Yummz!  Asides from that, their gyoza fares a good mark too with the quality ingredients and juicy meat packed in it.

Asides from that, one can enjoy wide variety of the drinks from Málà Cantine too. They have wide choices of soothing drink to go for. You can enjoy the wide variety of drinks which are really delicious and soothing. One can try their variety of tea which is imported all the way from China which includes Peach rose oolong tea, Strawberry leaf Pu’er tea, Rose black tea, White peach oolong and many more!

For those who are looking for a nice dining space
