Fabulous highlights include Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone and Cordyceps Flower, Pan Fried Diced Beef Tenderloin with Honey Walnut and Chef’s Signature Sauce and; Wok Fried Trio Mushrooms with Asparagus and Truffle Oil.
The Deep Fried Spring Chicken served with Cantonese Barbecue Sauce, Grilled Lamb Cutlets with Rosemary and Chef’s Signature Sauce, and; Braised Fresh River Prawns with Ee-Fu Noodles won’t disappoint and will tempt you for a second helping.
Each set menu comes with a Three Combination Platter as appetiser, complete with a refreshing dessert and Mini Longevity Bun with Lotus Paste.
