The Resort Café’s special menu offering includes a variety of roasted meats like Roasted Chicken marinated in Black Pepper and Thyme, the Signature Cantonese Style Roast Duck, Australian Beef Sirloin, Beef Karubi with Mustard Rub and the Australian Leg of Lamb just to name a few. The mains also come with a selection of two complimentary sides that includes Salad, Pasta or Rice. One can also choose to add on side orders together with the mains which includes highlighted dishes such as Braised South American 6 Head Abalone with Mushroom and Broccoli, Homemade Yorkshire Pudding or the Ancient Recipe Bird’s Nest with Tong Shui.
