Chef Recommendations @ Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant, One World Kuala Lumpur

March 15, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

One can now visit this awesome restaurant at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant. And this time, one can enjoy the wide selection of delighting menu from this restaurant For the month of March, Zuan Yuan comes up with their delectable promotion that you definitely will be coming back for more.

And in the March, Zuan Yuan comes up with the wide variety of dishes and dim sum that will definitely tempt you till the fullest.

Pan Fried Mini Chicken Bun with “Bentong” Ginger and Wood Fungus

We started off with their deliciously prepared mini chicken bun which is beautifully stuffed with the light spiciness “Bentong” Ginger in it. Every mouthful comes simply delicious and I love the hint of the bentong ginger. Yummz

Sauteed Prawns with Stuffed Asparagus, Truffle Paste and Honey Walnuts

I love the way the prawns are being prepared and the myriad colours of it. The prawns are perfectly sautéed till perfection leaving you with the juicy bites and bouncy texture. The hint of the truffle paste together with the honey walnuts are perfectly a good match. Crunchy and aromatic!

Braised Lamb Brisket with Water Chestnut , Mushrooms and Fried Bean Curd served in Claypot.

This is one of the crowd favourites. Using the premium ingredients, chef assured that the meat is tender and juicy. Every mouthful comes addictively good and double thumbs up!

Steamed “Live” Dragon Garoupa Fillet Roll in Egg White Sauce and Red Tobikko.

I am loving this. The “Live” Dragon Garoupa brings you with the flaky meat. It comes amazingly good and there is no “fishy” taste at all. With the egg white sauce and the red tobiko, the taste is divinely delicious making me wanted for more!

Chinese Steamed Sponge Cake with the Organic Molasses Sugar

The Steamed Sponge Cake comes really good where they are not too sweet but it have the light fragrance of Organic Molasses Sugar. The bouncy and yet fluffy texture of the sponge cake is perfectly good.

Asides from these March Special delights, Zuan Yuan also offers you with the charming treats like the Steamed Phoenix Eye Dumpling with Water Chestnut and Goose Liver, Steamed Hong King Rice Roll with Chinese Breadstick and Chicken Floss, Steamed Signature  “Siew Mai: with Flying Fish Roe and Pan- Fried Bun with Minced Chicken, and Assorted Vegetables to name a few.
