Theo Mistral by Theo Randall sets the romantic ambience with tantalizing five-course dinner menu. Nothing can beat the restaurant’s signature homemade raviolone pasta filled with lobster, crab and king prawn, featuring pasta filled with three succulent seafood with ricotta cheese in a well-made tomato sauce with olive tapenade. Pick from pan-roasted U.S. beef tenderloin served with roasted vegetables or pan-roasted dover sole served with sautéed potatoes as main that will surprise palate with its tenderness, freshness and delicate flavour.

A lavish Valentine’s Day dinner buffet at Café on M where the elaborate spread of international delicacies is a sure-fire way to impress your better half.  Featuring chilled Boson lobster, snow crab legs and freshly-shucked French Fine de Claire oysters plus all-time favourites such as assorted Japanese sashimi, oven-roasted suckling pig, Valentine’s Day inspired desserts and the much-loved Häagen-Dazs ice cream, the bountiful dinner buffet simply makes your Valentine’s Day perfect. Each lady will receive a rose on the special occasion as a token of remembrance, and couples are invited to capture their sweet moments at the photo booth.
