Barcook Bakery @ The Gardens KL

February 12, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

I am a big fans of Barcook when it comes to bread. It is not my first time here but whenever comes to breads and pasteries, this is my choice as their bread are freshly baked daily.
And this time, I got a chance to see “the kitchen scene of Barcook Bakery” at The Gardens Outlet. And this time, we see how the Raisin Cheese Bun is done which is perfectly an eye opening.
\
And it is indeed one of a great experience to watch how these breads are make and in it indeed not an easy task. We understand that using the premium ingridients which is the fine Japanese flour is some of the key that is needed to make a perfect bread. Not just that, the passion, consistency and time is of course needed to make each of the bread beautiful and delicious.
Not just that, they are also measure each bread size to ensure that the bread remains its desired fluffiness. Every bread are prepared in house to ensure the quality. It is then filled up with their in-house prepared cream cheese before they are sent for proofing. And then; they are baked till perfection.
For first timer, you can now grab this awesome selections of their best seller breads which includes raisin cream, mixberry cheese, pumpkin walnut, liu sa, salted egg  and the mushroom bun
