Makan Kitchen, Doubletree by Hilton Melaka – Makan Journey at Makan Kitchen 

Go on a ‘makan’ journey and experience a variety of authentic cuisine at Makan Kitchen. Known for its extensive buffet offerings, the all-day dining restaurant sports a fresh, contemporary feel with several live cooking stations to deliver freshly made dishes before guests. Here you can indulge in Chicken Curry Kapitan, Grill Lamb Kofta, Tom Yam Kha, Deep Fried Seabass with Nyonya Sauce, Homemade Tau Fu Fa, Nyonya Asam Prawns, Phad Thai and more delicious fare by Sous Chef Hafizi. Treat yourself to the best of both worlds every Friday – a heavenly combination of “Bakar Bakar” charcoal-grilled premium  seafood  with a selection of fresh Crab, Squid, Prawn, Mussel, Bamboo Clam, Fish, Slipper Lobster and more. On Saturdays, the barbecue counter comes alive with a smokey selection of Chicken, Beef and Lamb.

Makan Journey gives you a bit of everything to satisfy all your cravings from fresh salads, to charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, to antipasti and local delights.

Makan Kitchen, Doubletree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur – Makan Journey

One of the go-to in the Kuala Lumpur food scene for best buffets, Makan Kitchen is known to have one of the most extensive buffet selections and live stations where dishes are prepared and served fresh before you. Welcome the weekend early on Thursday, and take your pick from Short Ribs Beef Rendang, Lamb Shank Rogan Josh, Ox Tail Soup with Spices, Chick Kut Teh and Claypot Chicken Rice, prepared with authentic cooking methods!
