Celestial Court @ Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur

January 22, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Celestial Court is indeed one of the restaurants which is worth for a visit when it comes to Chinese Cuisine.  For those who are now aware, Celestial Court brings you with the array of innovative Cantonese offerings that definitely brings you with the great temptations and offerings.

Walking into the restaurant, we are welcome with the elegant setting with the antiques and vases. Greeted with a smile, we are led to our table and handed us with their menus. Celestial Court offers ‘Halal’ Cantonese cuisine ranging from innovative and seductive fusion dishes to wholesome and comforting traditional recipes.

And in here, one can enjoy dim sums as well as some stir fried dishes. Started off with the dim sum, Celestial Court brings you with the wide choices of dim sums to go for either the steam, baked or even the fried items.

We started off with their Steamed Dim Sum where one can enjoy their awesomelicious steamed dim sum which is freshly steamed upon order.

Shanghai “Xiao Long Bao” (RM 20)
One can enjoy their signature Shanghai “Xiao Long Bao” which is perfectly steamed till perfection leaving you with the juicy texture. Poke the skin and sip the sweet soup from the dumpling and then enjoy the met. Yummy!

Signature Prawn and Chicken Siew Mai (RM21)
You can also have the luxurious Signature Prawn and Chicken Siew Mai which is topped with the Baby Abalone on top.

Vegetarian Morel Mushroom Dumpling, Beet Root, Truffle Oil Essence (RM 18)
Nothing beats a good meal where each mouthful of dumpling comes simply delighting. Enjoy the delicious Vegetarian Morel Mushroom Dumpling which is wrapped with the healthy beetroot skin and the truffle oil essence.

Asides that, one can also order some of their signatures includes the Har Kaw, Chicken And Prawn roll, as well as the Steamed Egg Yolk Custard too. You will never go wrong with the deep fried items too where one can enjoy their Beancurd Roll which is beautifully wrapped with the Shrimps and Cheese together.

Asides from dim sum, one can savour a variety of fresh water live fish from their menu too. In here, one can enjoy the choice of Steamed Talapia, Steamed Catfish,  Sultan Fish and many more. We tried their signature and chef’s recommended Cantonese – Style Steamed Sultan Fish which is served together with their supreme soya. It’s simply delicious where the meat of the fish are really flaky and every mouthful comes divinely good and delicious.

For those who are looking for some “pork free” Cantonese Delights, Celestial Court is of course one of the outlet to look forward to visit.
