Celebrate The Year of the Metal Rat at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

It is time to celebrate Chinese New Year at Pullman Bangsar and this year, one can have their family reunion here which comes simply interesting and the menu is definitely something to look forward this year.

Set in a opulence of ancient elegance where this year Pullman Bangsar Kuala Lumpur brings you with the New Year Gold Prosperity Set Menu which will be launching on 15 December 2020 till )8 February 2020. The menu will be served for lunch and dinner to cater for those who are looking for a nice dining experience at the Oriental Chinese Cuisine, featuring auspicious tossing of the Yee Sang which symbolizes tossing up the good fortune and abundance of wealth and long life.

 

Salmon Fish Snow Pear Yee Sang 

And this year, one can enjoy a variety choice of yee sang which is beautifully curated by the chef which includes the Snow Pear Yee Sang which comes in different version such as Vegetarian, Japanese Scallop, or Abalone with the prices ranging from RM 78 nett to RM 108 nett per portion.

Braised Eight Treasure Soup with Shredded Fish Maw

One can enjoy the nutritious soup which is double boiled for hours. The soup comes awesomely good and best to enjoy especially on cold days. As for me, I am loving every mouthful of the soup.

Steamed Village Chicken with Cordyceps Flower and Chinese Herbs

For me I am in love with the village chicken where they are beautifully steamed with the herbs blend in it. The chicken meat remains good and tender and the soup is just perfect where the herbs taste is so good that I need another bowl of it.

Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw

The abalone is nicely braised with the sea cucumber and fish maw bringing you a touch of luxury. The abalone comes with the tender juicy bites and it is well paired with the sea cucumber and fish maw. Yummz!

Steamed Pearl Grouper with Fried “Choy Po” and Soy Sauce

In Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar, one can enjoy the awesome grouper fish which comes fresh and then it is beautifully steam till perfection with the Fried “Choy Po” and Soy Sauce. The meat comes simply  flaky and each bites of the fish Is just heavenly.

Wok – Fried Live Tiger Prawn with Honey Sauce

I also falling in love with the beautifully prepared tiger prawn. They comes huge and pulpy and they are served together with the sweet honey sauce.

Fried Glutinous Rice with BBQ Chicken and Mushroom

We ended with the delicious bowl of hearty rice which is the Fried Glutinous Rice with BBQ Chicken and Mushroom. Perfectly done!

Homemade Nian Gao Carp Fish
Double Boiled Sea Coconut with Snow Fungus Lotus Seed and Soy Milk

End your meals with the sweet note. Enjoy the delicious Homemade Nian Gao as well as the soothing bowl of the Double Boiled Sea Coconut with Snow Fungus Lotus Seed and Soy Milk.

For those who are looking for #porkfree restaurant to dine this Chinese New Year, Oriental Chinese Cuisine have them all. The price range for the Gold Prosperity Set Menu is priced at RM1499 per table for 10 pax. You can also opt for other package such as the Diamond Prosperity Set Menu with the price range of RM 2020 nett  or the Platinum Prosperity which is at RM 1888 nett.
