It is time to celebrate the year of the Rat with prosperity and good health. And this year, Grand Imperial Kuala Lumpur brings you with a wide choices sets menu to cater for your needs for this upcoming Chinese New Year.

Shredded Mix Vegetable and Shredded Mix Fruits Yee Sang with Lobster Meat and Grapeseed Oil

Start your toss of prosperity this year with all the best wishes here in Grand Imperial. And this one, one can enjoy their deliciously curated yee sang where they are served with the shredded mix vegetables and mix fruits together with the juicy lobster meat. This is awesomely good and I am truly in love in love with it.

Shark’s Fin Double Boiled with Mushroom in Shark’s Bone Cartilage (Individual Serving)

Next, we have the delicious bowl of soup which is packed with the luxurious ingredients in one bowl. The soup is packed with sweetness and every mouthful is so soothing. Each sip of the soup is really good and tummy-warming too!
Roasted Whole Suckling Pig (金猪仔獻祥瑞)

For fans of roasted pig, this is just heavenly. Every sliced of the roasted suckling pig brings you with the crispy bites and beneath is filled with loads of collagen. Nicely bbq-ed and perfect !

Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper with Chinese Wine and Golden Mushroom

I am so in love with their steamed dragon tiger grouper. The awesome tiger grouper is perfectly steamed with the Chinese Wine and topped with the generous golden mushroom. The broth comes simply sweet while the fish remains at its flaky texture which is so good!

Whole Abalone Braised with Dried Oyster and Goose Web

Nothing beats the delicious braised abalone which comes amazingly good. The juicy abalone comes perfectly good and well served with the Dried Oyster and the Goose web. Delicious!

Steamed Rice with Chinese Waxed Meat and Crispy Dried Scallop in Casserole

Filled up your tummy with the fluffy rice which is perfectly steamed with the Chinese Waxed Meat and Crispy Dried Scallop in Casserole. I am in love with the aromatic taste of the Chinese Wax meat and it is just so good and flavourful.

Chilled Puree Mango with Pomelo and Sago

Deep Fried “Nian Gao” with Sweet Potato and Yam accompanied with Pan Fried “Nian Gao” with Egg
