A GOLDEN REUNION AWAITS AT UTARA, HOTEL ARMADA PETALING JAYA

Feast with the whole family and ring in the Year of the Rat at Utara as Executive Chef Chew Teik Chye and his team dishes up a sumptuous offering of traditional Chinese cuisine across their buffet spread.

As a prelude to the Chinese New Year festivities, from 17th till 23rd January 2020, Utara will feature a Pre Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner. Priced at RM80+ per adult, RM60+ for senior citizens and RM40+ per child, the buffet will start featuring a wide variety of symbolic dishes of prosperity, good luck and abundance that will also include local, Western, Japanese and Indian cuisine. Steamed Seabass with Black Fungus in Soy Sauce, Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Lotus Root, Chinese Herbal Chicken Kee Chee, Fried Kam Heong Mussels and Sang Har Noodles are some of the dishes diners can look forward to. The Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner on 24th January 2020 and Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner on 25th January are priced at RM90+ per adult and RM45+ per child.

Toss to good health and good fortune with the traditional King Salmon Yee Sang at RM88+ per portion and Fruitti Veggie Yee Sang (vegetarian) at RM78+ per portion. Another indulgence that should not be missed is the opulent Treasure Pot that is also known as ‘Poon Choy’. Braised, deep in flavor and filled to the brim with an abundance of mouth-watering delicacies such as Abalone, Prawns, Scallops, Clams, Sea Cucumber, Duck and other flavourful ingredients makes the Poon Choy a truly satisfying dish. The Poon Choy is available for dine-in and as a take-away at RM488+. The take-away Poon Choy is presented in a claypot that is yours to keep!

Both Yee Sang and Poon Choy are available to order from 1st January to 9th February 2020. For guests who wish to indulge in exclusive set menus or impress business partners, Chef Chew and his team has whipped up a few Banquet Set Menus ideal for family, friends or business.
