And this time, Chinese Chef Ron Lean with his team comes up with the celebratory dishes engaging your Sight, Taste, Scent, Touch and Sound. This time, Five Sen5es brings you with the perfect choice for families and friends to indulge in an exquisite meal while ushering in a new yea of strong fortune.

Salmon Yee Sang 

One of the must to have Salmon Yee Sang. The Salmon Yee Sang served in Westin KL comes pretty unique where they are served in myriad colours. One can have the yee sang comes packed with the unique colours and varieties where the chef had made a twist by putting in the healthy Capsicum into the yee sang and topped with generous salmon slice.


Braised Crab Meat Soup with Fish Lips and Dried Scallops 

One can now enjoy the wonderful bowl of braised crab meat soup where they are packed with ingredients. The soup is such a tummy warming soup and I don’t mind getting few more bowls of it.

Roasted Chicken with Crispy Salt Pepper

For those who are looking for some savoury and yet addictive delights, their Roasted Chicken with Crispy Salt & Pepper won my heart. I love the juicy and tender chicken meat which is packed with the aromatic roasted blend in it. Perfect indulgence!

Stir Fried Prawns with Butter Milk Sauce

Help your self with the stir fried prawns that is well served with the creamy butter milk butter sauce. They are just perfect to go with a bowl of rice.

Steamed Fish
One can enjoy the beautiful steam fish which is simply an indulgence. I am loving the flaky meat of the fish itself topped with the generous ginger on top. Yummz 
Money Bag and Vegetables
One can also enjoy the luxurious money bag together with the mushroom and brocolli. The money bag is simply delicious and packed with flavours. Loving it so much
Traditional Lotus Leaf Rice with Chicken Diced

Well packed with flavours and the rice comes fluffy and topped with the generous chicken diced. The aromatic of the lotus leaf is perfectly absorbed into the rice itself had assured me to go for more.

Chilled Peach Gum Soup with Red Date and Longan 
Deep Fried Chinese Gold Cake

We ends our meal with the soothing bowl of peach gum soup with red dates and longan. It is such a divine and yet complete with sweetness and happiness too. Their golden brown deep-fried Chinese gold cake are wonderfully done where they are perfectly crispy.
