And this time, Lemon Garden has collaborated with Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai to bring over Sous Chef, Mr. Chainarin Langkeng who will be in charge of curating an unforgettable buffet spread. Chef Chainarin has over 19 years of experience in culinary, where his cuisine is best described as “modern presentations with traditional Thai flavors”.
In here, one can try the 3 menu which includes the appetizers, soups, mains, live stations and desserts. Diners will have the opportunity to have a taste of traditional Thai food ranging from Yum Mamuang (green mango salad with shallot and dried shrimp), Tom Yam Pla (thai spicy fish soup), Kaeng Khiew Warn Gai (simmer thai green curry with chicken and eggplant), Phad Thai Goong (thai style stir fried noodle with tamarind sauce) and Sang Ka Ya Fak Thong (steam pumpkin custar) just to name a few.
