Celebrate Christmas with Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur

Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel brings you with the wide array of Christmas and New Year buffet. And in here, one can enjoy this awesome promotion where the newly appointed General Manager; Martin Wuethrich, this year they are pledging to brings the true European Christmas into Malaysia through their Essence Restaurant, Villa Danieli and Pavilion Lounge.

Essence
Essence at Sheraton Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers you with their delicious juicy Oven-Roasted Whole Turkey with selection of either Giblet or Cranberry Sauce and Chestnut Stuffing during Christmas and Christmas Eve Buffet. 

Asides from the turkey dinner, guest can indulge with their specially made Roasted Chestnut and Apple Soup, Steamed Halibut with Tomato Salad and Clam Voloute, Oyster Rockefeller, assorted Tempura such as selected Vegetables, Ebi and Shishamo.

Sweet tooth will definitely benefit and enjoy our Christmas treats such as Home-made Christmas Stolen and Pudding, Lemon Meringue Tart, Crème Brule, Ginger Pannacotta, assorted Christmas Cookies and Ginger Bread Pudding.

As for New Year, guest may expect an extraordinary buffet awaits with a multitude stations including Roasted Beef with Tomato Sauce, French Beans and Cocktail Potatoes to kick-off your gastronomic journey, spice infused local favourite Malaysian Oxtail Soup, Braised Lamb Shank and Winter Vegetables for main course, and Truffle Passion Fruit Cake, Strawberry Cheese Cake and Hazelnut Gaiduja Cake to name a few.


Villa Danieli



For those who are looking for some romantic dining, you can opt for Villa Danieli. The menu comes awesomely good where one can definitely look forward to enjoy the Seabass Ceviche, Roasted Roma Tomato, Orange Gel, Pomegranate, hearty main course Turkey Roulade, Pumpkin Puree, Brussels Sprout and Cranberry Sauce and our Chef’s special sweet delight Mascarpone Cream with Espresso and Peach for dessert.

Villa Danieli will be offering an after-party New Year’s Brunch with menu highlight that includes Tagliolini Mushroom with Porcini and Truffle Oil, fresh Cured Salmon with Green Pepper, Fig and Lemon Oil, flavorsome Pumpkin Soup with Seared Scallop and end with the marvelous Chilled Ricotta Cheese Cake with Lemon sauce, Berries and Sable Crumble.


Pavilion Lounge

As for their Pavilion Lounge, they are offering The Festive Afternoon Tea (priced at RM 98 nett per 2 person) selection includes of sweet and savoury such as; Cranberry Crème Brulee, Ginger Scone, Log Chocolate Mousse, Lemon Curd Turkey and Stuffing and Brie Cranberry are some of delectable the main highlights for this year. Pavilion Lounge will also be offering a New Year’s Afternoon Tea which will also includes selection of the Chocolate Parfait, Berries Macaroon, Crème Brule, Mini Pavlova, Plain and Rosemary Scone, Clotted Cream, Strawberry Jam, Lemon Curd, Open-Face Beef Sandwich, Mushroom and Emmental Cheese Puff and Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese.
