CELEBRATE A SPARKLING FESTIVE SEASON ON THAILAND’S TROPICAL SHORES WITH SALA RESORTS AND SPAS IN KOH SAMUI AND PHUKET

November 29, 2019 By StrawberrY Gal - Hotel News Leave a Comment

This Christmas and New Year, SALA Resorts and Spas is inviting guests to escape the bright lights and bustling streets of the city, and enjoy an altogether more serene seasonal experience on the pure shores of Phuket or Koh Samui.

This is the most wonderful time of the year, so what could be better than gathering your closest family and friends for a tropical island vacation in southern Thailand? With three five-star beachfront resorts to choose from, all comprising private pool villas, outstanding restaurants and uninterrupted sea views, SALA Resorts & Spas is the perfect choice for your year-end celebrations.

This December, SALA Samui Choengmon Beach, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach and SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach have all crafted a series of delectable dinners and spectacular events to help you celebrate the forthcoming festive season in style.

SALA Samui Choengmon Beach

Nestled on Koh Samui’s stunning northwest coast, SALA Samui Choengmon Beach exudes laid-back charm and sophistication. With luxurious accommodation, 80 metres of pristine beachfront, two pools and award-winning restaurants, this idyllic resort is ideal for special occasions.

From 12-26 December, the resort’s seafront SALA Samui Restaurant presents a sublime seasonal menu for lunch and dinner, including cured salmon, succulent capon chicken, chocolate orange tart and more (THB 2,500++ per person). Then on 24 December, get ready for a full Christmas Eve feast (THB 2,900++ per person) including roast turkey, fresh seafood and divine desserts, plus live music, traditional Thai dancing and a fire show!

As 2019 draws to a close, guests are invited to enjoy an unforgettable New Year’s Eve on Koh Samui’s scenic shore. This impressive evening showcases indulgent ingredients, such as Japanese oysters and prime wagyu beef, accompanied by a Muay Thai boxing show and live cabaret for THB 6,400++ per person. Then guests can ring in 2020 with a fantastic fireworks display.

SALA Samui Chaweng Beach

For guests who want to stay in a tranquil setting, yet still in the heart of the action, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach is the perfect choice. Located directly on the powder-soft sands, this elegant resort features five-star accommodation, a stunning spa, kid’s club, beachfront restaurant and more.

Enjoy an enchanting start to the season of goodwill with a Christmas tree lighting ceremony on 14 December, then cuddle up with an alfresco movie evening. Throughout December, a festive menu (from THB 400++ for one course) allows guests to discover delicacies such as thyme-cured Tasmanian trout, dashi-poached bass and braised beef cheeks. Then on 24 & 25 December, the resort’s expert chefs will serve a sumptuous four-course Christmas feast (THB 2,700++ per person), featuring stuffed roasted turkey and all the trimmings.

Chaweng Beach creates the perfect stage for an electric end-of-year party, and on 31 December the resort will light up the night with a vibrant live buffet dinner, free-flow drinks, DJ sets and fireworks (THB 6.700++ per person) ! Dancing the night away barefoot on the sand, this is an evening that guests will never forget!
