Embrace the Sights and Sounds of Deepavali at the Curve

October 22, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

The Festival of Lights, or widely known as Deepavali, is set to glitter and sparkle its way to the Curve with an elegant Kolam display, Indian dance performances and workshop activities.

From 18 to 28 October, 2019, visitors to the Curve will be greeted by an intricately and beautifully drawn Kolam with a 3D peacock and adorned with flower garlands at the Fashion Walk. Just in time for the festivities, shoppers can look forward to a variety of workshop activities which will ignite the Deepavali spirit. Looking to hone in your creative skills and create your own Kolam? Then drop by the Rangoli sand art making workshop on October 26, 27 and 28. Amongst the other workshops are Henna station and a Bracelet and Deepavali card making station. Participation is easy as 1,2,3! Just like the Curve’s official Facebook and Instagram pages to join in any of the workshops.

Jazmi Kamaruddin, Senior General Manager of the Curve said, “We are truly blessed to be part of this multicultural nation, where we are able to celebrate and embrace the various festivities and traditions of each culture. Here at the Curve, we created an ambiance for shoppers and their loved ones to not only experience this vibrant celebration, but also an avenue to create unique and memorable moments.  We would also like to wish all those celebrating a very Happy Deepavali!”

That’s not all the Curve has in store, as Deepavali festivities are not complete without music and dance! Graceful performers will take the stage as they dance to traditional and popular Bollywood tunes. Don’t miss this exhilarating performance taking place at 2:30pm and 6:30pm on October 26 and 27, 2019 at the Fashion Walk.

For more details on the Curve’s Deepavali campaign, contact the Curve Customer Care officers at 03-7710 6868 or visit the Curve’s website at or Facebook page at www.facebook.com/theCurveShoppingMall or the Curve’s Instagram page at (thecurve_official).
