Spending your weekend with family is always at a fun side and taking them for a great meal relaxing is indeed the best gift ever. Taking place every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm to 4.00pm, head down to the latest all-day dining Evolution Café for decadent Weekend Brunch featuring an impressive spread and the longest brunch buffet hours in town that make mornings worth waking up early for.
And this time, Executive Chef Edmund and his team of master chefs, the brunch menu has been specially curated to offer discerning guests a host of alluring choices, whether you are looking for an indulgent feast with family, weekend celebration with friends or healthy dining options to enjoy after an energising morning workout.
In here, one can enjoy the deliciously prepared Weekend Brunch encompasses a sumptuous spread of local and international favourites– from local greens and epicurean appetisers, an array of cheeses and cold cuts, tantalizing main courses, freshly baked pizzas, homemade pastas and classic desserts, all served against the spectacular new renaissance.
And this time one can enjoy the fullest from their wide choices  of food where one can try their local salad bar, Malaysian shaved ice counter, pasta bar, noodles station, tandoori corner and many more.
Enjoy their delicious premium seafood on the ice, local and international speciality corners, dessert paradise, and nosh on favourites that includes the  pan-fried salmon with spice beetroot, braised fish in tamarind broth and double-boiled chicken soup with mushroom, red dates and wolfberry. For health conscious guests, expect a range of fresh local produces including hydroponic salad lettuce, a host of steamed and baked main courses and a selection of gluten-free breads.
To perfectly complement this elevated dining experience, the extended brunch hours until 4pm is ideal for a relaxed afternoon indulgence where guests are encouraged to spend quality time enjoying their meals and savour the multidimensional flavour, texture and aroma of every dish.
The Weekend Brunch priced at RM118nett per adult and RM59nett per child aged between six and twelve. For an enhanced brunch experience, make it bubbly with free-flow red and wine white at an additional RM95nett per adult.
