THREE ON CANTON AT GATEWAY HOTEL PRESENTS EXTRAVAGANT BEEF DINNER BUFFET

Available from 1 September to 30 November, an array of premium angus and wagyu beef dishes will be prepared by Three on Canton’s talented chefs . During the dinner buffet, wagyu beef appetisers and hot mains will be served, with Black Angus Tomahawk available at the carving station. Savour an incredible gastronomic journey to excite your tastebuds.
Start off with an array of beef appetisers and salads, including Thai Beef Salad, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Green Apple Salad, Seared Wagyu Beef Sushi and Wagyu Beef Tataki with Ponzu.
Delight your beef cravings with a lavish selection of savoury hot mains crafted by by our talented chefs. The carving station is one of the highlights, where chefs carefully carve Black Angus Tomahawk, Black Angus Prime Rib and Stone Grilled Wagyu Beef. Other must-try dishes include Lasagna with Impossible Meat, Roasted Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce, Braised Beef Brisket with Mushroom and Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin, all available nightly. Don’t miss Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu featuring such condiments as Shiitake Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom, Leek, Onion and Tofu, etc.
In addition to these many highlights, guests can savour Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, including chilled seafood, freshly shucked oysters, Cheddar Cheese and Black Truffle Fountain with condiments, Japanese sashimi, sushi and soba, live cooking noodles, as well as authentic Indian curries and regional Chinese dishes, including Peking Duck. Save room for our selection of exquisite desserts and rich, velvety Mövenpick ice-cream.
