Shilla Rewards, The Shilla Hotels & Resorts’ integrated membership program, is celebrating its fourth anniversary with exclusive offers and opportunities for members.
Comprising three tiers of membership, from Silver and Gold through to Diamond, members accrue additional benefits and exclusive discounts as they progress through the program. Members can earn and use their points at all properties within The Shilla Hotels & Resorts portfolio, including The Shilla Seoul, The Shilla Jeju, and Shilla Stay locations. While Silver members receive an annual redemption voucher for 10,000 points, Gold members enjoy discounts on food and laundry services and are eligible for three room upgrades each year. Diamond members can take advantage of express check-in/check-out, complimentary use of the lounge at The Shilla Seoul and The Shilla Jeju, and free laundry service for select items.
To mark Shilla Rewards’ fourth anniversary, members can access a range of exclusive offers, complimentary privileges and unique packages while earning additional points.
Until 31st December 2019, Shilla Rewards members who reserve a standard room at any Shilla Stay property will receive complimentary Wi-Fi, access to the fitness centre and exclusive Aveda amenities. Prices start at KRW 68,800 based on one night’s stay.
Romance is in the air at The Shilla Jeju. The “Romantic” package includes a standard room with mountain views, breakfast for two and entrance to either the Terrace Wine Party or the Rooftop Music Party. Guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, airport-hotel shuttle service, access to indoor/outdoor swimming pools and the fitness centre. Available until 30th September 2019, the package is priced from KRW 400,000 per night and Shilla Rewards members earn an additional 10,000 points per night.
Boasting scenic views of Mt. Namsan and downtown Seoul, The Executive Lounge at The Shilla Seoul serves breakfast, light snacks and afternoon tea and happy hour free of charge throughout the day. While Diamond members enjoy complimentary access to The Executive Lounge, guests can access the facilities with the ‘Rewards Lounge’ package. Available throughout August, the ‘Rewards Lounge’ package is available to guests staying in the Executive Business Deluxe Room or Superior Suite Room. Aside from The Executive Lounge, two guests can also enjoy complimentary access to the hotel’s other facilities, including the indoor sauna, gym and indoor swimming pool. Shilla Rewards members who book this package earn an additional 20,000 points per night.
Unlike many other loyalty programs, Shilla Rewards provides members with more opportunities to qualify for points, fast-tracking their way through the program. Members can accrue points through stays at any Shilla property, as well as food and beverage purchases at the property.
Members can also exchange points for Samsung vouchers, which are accepted at participating hotels, Shilla Duty Free, various department stores, museums, galleries, and golf clubs.
