FRESH RIVER WATER PRAWN AT CINNAMON COFFEE HOUSE ONE WORLD HOTEL PETALING JAYA

A good restaurant must be relevant to stay at the top of its game, and Cinnamon Coffee House’s efforts have solidified its position as one of the leaders in buffet dining. Continuously evolving, the menu is a riot of culinary jibes!

Executive Sous Chef, Saiful Baharin is calling all prawn lovers to feast at its fresh water prawn promotion available throughout September. Excite your taste buds and satiate your cravings with Fresh River Water Prawn with Garlic Butter and Fennel, Wok Fried Fresh River Water Prawn with “Ma La” Sauce, Udang Galah Sambal Petai and Fresh River Water Prawn “Thermidor Style with Hollandaise Sauce to name a few.

You are certainly spoilt for choice with the spread’s bevy options to choose from. The menu, which features more than 100 dishes, also includes Ayam Masak Palembang, Braised Beef with Pickles and Sour Cream, Fish Head Curry, Oven Baked Chicken with Peanut Butter Sauce and Poached Salmon with Saffron Sauce.

The desserts were adequately represented with incredible selection of delicacies like Pistachio Travel Cake, Fruit Tartlets, Warm Pecan Tart, Mango Crème Caramel, Strawberry Mousse Cake, Red Velvet Cake and Sago with Corn Soup.
