Excite your taste buds and satiate your cravings with Fresh River Water Prawn with Garlic Butter and Fennel, Wok Fried Fresh River Water Prawn with “Ma La” Sauce, Udang Galah Sambal Petai and Fresh River Water Prawn “Thermidor Style with Hollandaise Sauce to name a few.
You are certainly spoilt for choice with the spread’s bevy options to choose from. The menu, which features more than 100 dishes, also includes Ayam Masak Palembang, Braised Beef with Pickles and Sour Cream, Fish Head Curry, Oven Baked Chicken with Peanut Butter Sauce and Poached Salmon with Saffron Sauce.
