Ms Noble said Australia was expecting a large Hass Avocado harvest from growing regions in Western and Southern Australia, Victoria and western NSW. She said large supplies were also coming out of northern and central Queensland, meaning the continuing growth in production has opened opportunities for increasing supply into Malaysia. Not just that, Australian Avocados were not only superior in taste but were also grown in a safe environment with generations of expertise involved to ensure they were the highest quality avocados available.
Some of the great benefits of Avocados includes helping to keep your immune system strong, boost your energy, enhance brain power, increase bone strength, aid gut health, support healthy skin and, they can even put you in a better mood.
