FIRST TOP SPENDER WINS A TRIP TO TOKYO WITH SUSHI KING TRAVEL WITH SMILES REWARD

July 31, 2019 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

Mr Lai Chiung Kee of Sarawak has emerged as the lucky Grand Prize winner of the “Sushi King Travel with Smiles” reward. As top spender, he won a trip for 2 to Tokyo worth RM 15,000.00 while Aiman Shafiq bin Shafrul Affendy from Selangor, walked away with the Second Prize of 20,000 Smile

Points worth RM 1,000.00. Third Prize went to Saufiah Abdul Rahim from Perlis, who won 10,000 Smile Points worth RM 500.00. Mr. Hiroki Mori, the Managing Director of Sushi King, presented the prizes to winners at its outlet in Sunway Pyramid and said this was the first Travel with Smiles Reward presented since the launch of this customer loyalty program. The aim of this reward is to bring Japanese food lovers to experience the roots of Sushi King in Japan and realise dreams of visiting the Land of the Rising Sun.

“Back in January 2019, when we officially launched our customer loyalty programme – the “Sushi King MY app”, we received overwhelming response. Our target was to reach 400,000 members by end of the year – but today, we already have more than 430,000 members who have signed up with us. We are very happy seeing real “Smiles” on our members’ faces through our initiatives from this app,” said Mr Mori.

“The app is very convenient and easy to use. Customers receive their birthday rewards and added incentives on Member’s Day plus a host of other surprises. In fact, the app has helped us to better connect with our customers and we would like to encourage more people to install the app and join in the fun,” he added.

The “Sushi King Travel with Smiles Reward” is given every half of the year. The reward is dispensed to the Top Spender of the specified period. Besides the Grand Prize of a trip to Japan, loyalists could also bag up to 20,000 Smile Points. This is in addition to the other benefits such as Members’ Day, birthday rewards, festive rewards and also surprise rewards. Indeed, every visit to Sushi King is geared to be fun and exciting.
