Dian Huo Xin Wo @ PJ: Unique Broth with Delicious Homemade Premium Balls!

July 19, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Dian Huo Xin Wo is one of my favorite place  to dine when it comes to steamboat. Located at Kelana Jaya, DHXW serves the hotpot dishes filled with love.

Their dishes are well prepared with care by their skilled chef using the mixture of traditional and modern methods with emphasis on the quality and freshness of their ingredients as well as customer lifestyle.

And in here, one can definitely enjoy their homemade soups which are cook for 10 hours to achieve the wonderful flavors. And in here, you can choose your choice of soup from the Oriental Pork Soup, Clear Tomyum Soup, Black Chicken Herbal Soup and the Fresh Crab Roe Soup. Must try soup is their Clear Tomyum Soup and the Fresh Crab Roe Soup.

I am totally in love with the Clear Tom Yum Soup where the soup comes simply fragrant and aromatic as they used fresh ingredients such as lemongrass, tomato, Thai Chilies, fish sauce and more. Their Fresh Crab Roe is another one item must try here as they are using the fresh crab roe Which comes awesomely good.

One of the musts to have here is their premium homemade balls. Some signature includes the Premium Beef Balls, Golden Egg Pork Ball, Mushroom Pork Balls, Quill Egg Chicken Ball, Treasure Dumpling, Crystal Fish Ball, Fresh Squid Ball and many more. Each of the fish balls are freshly made with heart. The balls comes simply good and bouncy and you can taste the juicy texture of the fish balls and they brings you with the robust flavours.

One can also have the variety choices of meat where you can enjoy their Wagyu Rib Eye Slice, Australian Beef Slice, Mongolian Lamb Slice, Smoked Bacon Slice, Pork Loin Slice, Iberico Pork Slice and Chicken Fillet Slice. They are really fresh and what I need is just swish swish the meat for few times and I am definitely enjoy till the fullest as the meat comes simply juicy and fresh.

Not just that, they also serve a variety choices of seafood where one can enjoy their fresh prawns, mussels and many more. We ordered their fresh prawns which served with the generous portion and they are complete with the seafood sweetness with it.

For those who are looking for some delicious steamboat in PJ, DXHW is always my choice where their soup is worth the money which taste simply delicious with quality ingredients and no MSG. Not just that, their homemade ingredients are worth to enjoy as well.

For those who are not aware, DHXW do have delivery service across Klang Valley for their steamboat as well. One can order their steamboat ingredients such as their soup and the homemade balls from them. Delivery will applicable for purchase of RM 200 and above, or you can pre-order and collect them at their outlet too.
