Caviar and Champagne Buffet Feast at Cafe on M

July 11, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Indulge in a generous spread of more than 13 extravagant food selections featuring the elusive caviar and champagne at Café on M from now to 31 August, while freshly shucked oysters, assorted Japanese sashimi and sushi, chilled seafood, daily carving and many more are unlimitedly served.

Caviar is well-known as a delicacy coveted by ancient kings and aristocracy. This mysterious luxury is so exquisite in flavour and texture that people paid through the nose for just a dollop and these tiny black pearls significantly enhanced the taste of its accompaniment.

Kick-start the sumptuous luxury journey by savouring the luxury caviar at the Caviar Live Cooking Station with the Fry Pancake topped with Tobiko Caviar or Salmon Roe Devilled Eggs wherein salad dressing mixed with egg yolk is stuffed within an egg topped with salmon roe. Do not miss the delicious specialities at the Japanese corner where Nigiri with Caviar, Ikura and Avocado Sushi and Salmon Ikura Don will satisfy guests’ palate without doubt.  Chilled Soba Noodles with Two Caviars – Red Ikura and Black Avruga allows guests to enjoy the freshness of two types of caviar in one go.

A string of irresistible hot dishes are also served at the buffet counter. Baked Oysters with Caviar Butter and Champagne Sauce is highly recommended by the culinary team. Oyster from Hiroshima in Japan is served with Champagne sauce, every bite of the oysters is full of delicate freshness from the ocean. Blue Mussels cooked in Champagne and Mild Indian Spice using blue mussels from Belgium of premium quality is another highlight. The flavoursome sauce brings an Asian touch to the dish with the wide use of Indian species. Other signature items include the savoury Roasted Chicken with Forest Mushrooms and Champagne Tarragon Sauce, refreshing Risotto Nero with Salmon Roe and Yuzu, Russian Coulibiac with Two Caviar in Champagne Sauce and Capellini with Calms in Champagne Sauce and Caviar.

Not-to-mention a host of tantalising all-time favourites that are unlimitedly served throughout the night, ranging from freshly-shucked oysters, assorted Japanese sashimi and sushi, Indian curries to oven-roasted suckling pig, daily carving and many more. Top off this feast with a collection of divine strawberry desserts plus the much-loved Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

Available from now till 31 August 2019.
