THREE ON CANTON AT GATEWAY HOTEL PRESENTS BIRD’S NEST ‧ FRUITY SUMMER DINNER BUFFET

Available from 1 July to 31 August, Three on Canton’s talented chefs will present bird’s nest and fruit-inspired dinner buffet, showcasing an array of fresh and seasonal fruity appetisers, main dishes and bird’s nest desserts to keep you cool and energised throughout summer.

Savour Three on Canton’s delicious summer appetisers and salads, including Thai Green Mango Salad, Curd Meat with Melon, Watermelon with Goat Cheese, Broccoli Salad with Peach and Apple, Cous Cous and Summer Fruits Salad, to name just a few.

Fruit is also blended into our savoury hot dishes, such as Chicken Roulade with Mango and Herbs, Grilled Sausage and Peach, Pork Tenderloin with Apple, Apricot and Onion, Salt-baked Fish with Lemon and Herbs and Sauteed Short Ribs with Summer Fruits Dressing, plus much more. Don’t miss the bird’s nest savoury dishes, including Bird’s Nest with Crabmeat, Prawn and Egg White and Briased Marrow Rings with Conpoy and Bird’s Nest.

Our pastry chefs have handcrafted a lavish selection of seasonal fruit and bird’s nest desserts to indulge your sweet tooth. Must-try treats include Mango and Bird’s Nest Mille Crepe Cake, Mango and Bird’s Nest Panna Cotta, Mango and Strawberry Trifle, Mango and Strawberry Layered Cake, Hokkaido 3.6 Milk Pudding with Bird’s Nest, Orange and Yuzu Fruit Jelly, Caramelised Apple Crumble and Non-baked Mango Chocolate Cheese Cake.

In addition, guests can savour Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, such as chilled seafood, freshly shucked oysters, Cheddar Cheese and Black Truffle Fountain with condiments, Japanese sashimi, sushi and soba, as well as authentic Indian curries and regional Chinese dishes, including the signature Peking Duck. Save room for our selection of exquisite desserts and rich, velvety Mövenpick ice-cream.
