Surrounded by embroidery of green and lush vegetation in the tropical oasis is The Spa at The Sanya EDITION. The 2000m2 complex surrounded by nature provides a serene environment for guests to reawaken their senses. The spa seamlessly combines the best traditional Asian wellness philosophies with innovative skin care treatments to restore harmony. The quintessential spa experience curated by The EDITION Sanya will leave guest feeling refreshed and regenerated.

The spa treatments are designed with the cutting-edge technology of Intraceutical from Australia, to provide deep skin rejuvenation and replenish essential nutrition which will restore smooth and firm skin appearance. Different from regular skincare products, the brand uses a revolutionary three-step system to apply hyaluronic serums to retain moisture for a refreshed and hydrated complexion. The spa treatments are formulated to treat a range of skin conditions including dehydration, ageing, sunburn, freckles and wrinkles. Endorsed by numerous celebrities, models and fashion icons, this treatment will visibly lift, smoothen, moisturize and retexturize for healthier looking skin. The Spa performs the treatment with Intraceutical’s machine combining safe and modern technology with quality products to restore a radiant appearance. The spa treatment is an ultimate indulgence and reinvigorating experience.

In addition, the Spa showcases products of ESPA, a prominent British-based skin care company, guided by holistic philosophies. ESPA focuses on natural skin care products to deliver both instant and long-term health and beauty of skin. At the brand, biologists have worked with estheticians to develop the purest combination of nutrition by integrating vital minerals from land and sea. Their products allow guests to indulge in the ultimate spa galore.

Signature Spa Treatments

Advanced Oxygen Facial (90 minutes):

Multiple treatment methods to significantly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles to create defined facial contours. The skin feels refreshed and revitalized after long exposure to the harsh sunrays. 

Bamboo Massage (120 minutes):

Foot Ritual / Body Exfoliation / Bamboo Massage / Scalp Treatment

Warmed bamboo sticks and aromatherapy oils along with the intuitive touch of the therapist, this massage alleviates deep muscular tension and enhance the body’s recovery after strenuous workouts or prolonged stress.

Contour Body Boost (120 minutes):

Hot and Cold Exfoliation / Algae Wrap / Detox Massage / Scalp Massage

Purifying and detoxifying, the therapist will perform soothing and revitalizing massage to enhance the guest’s physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Each guest has complimentary access to the steam room, sauna, massage pool, tropical shower and other facilities. (From 10:00 – 22:00. Must be aged 16 or above to use the facilities)

The Spa centre is equipped with 11 luxurious rooms and suites that are designed to relax and decompress guest. With three villas featuring outdoor spa pools and Thai massage to provide a pampering experience. Other facilities include changing rooms, sauna, tea room, quiet study area, gym and front desk service to ensure guests feel energized after their treatment. Guests will be able to purchase merchandise and spa products from the gift shop to continue the indulgence at home.

Guests are greeted with a striking view of the resort’s Private Ocean, which is gracefully framed by a series of teak pavilions.  The spectacular 20,000m2 private ocean overlooking the South China Sea is unique to China and serves as the property’s focal point with numerous activities radiating around this vast body of water. The Sanya EDITION comprises 512 residential-style guestrooms, including 46 suites, and an additional 17 exclusive hotel villas nestled into a terraced hillside, each one with a private pool and private outdoor space. The hotel offers four distinct restaurant concepts and two bars that provide all day dining. The Sanya EDITION’s Forum, a grand ballroom which measures an expansive 1,300 m² (14,000 sq ft), with seating for 900 guests, making it one of the largest ballroom spaces in Haitang Bay. The Sanya EDITION was designed for people of all ages, which is a delicate balancing act. The fundamental idea behind this resort was to divide the property into different specialized zones that overlap with each other but simultaneously retain their own unique identities.
