Café Allegro is offering “Bird’s Nest and Black Truffle” Lobster Dinner Buffet that showcases an array of scrumptious delicacies made from the bird’s nest and black truffle to tickle your taste buds, bringing you a top-notch dining experience.

The unlimited serving of succulent Chilled Lobster is a value for money choice for lobster craving. Other special highlights include Chilled Seafood on Ice (Snow Crab Leg, Jade Sea Whelk, Green Mussel, British Bread Crab and Fresh Shrimp) which enchants diners with the freshest taste. Other themed delights include refreshing Black Truffle and Crab Meat Salad as well as Bird Nest and Alaska Crab Stick Sushi Roll and Black Truffle Scallop Sushi. Sushi lovers must be captivated with the succulent Alaska Crab stick and scallop topped with bird’s nest. Bird’s Nest and Seafood Terrine is a tantalizing treat. Bird’s nest, shrimp, mussels, pepper and herbs are wrapped inside the crystal-clear jelly made of gelatin to offer multiple sensations. Foie Gras Mousse with Black Truffle will surely impress you with it silky and creamy texture. Serving with Black Truffle Cream Sauce, the Baked Salmon Puff Pastry leaves quite an impression. Inside the crispy crust, soft salmon are mixed with spinach for a layered taste.

To add on, Soft-boiled egg with Black Truffle Sauce, Deep-fried Black Truffle Milk, Sautéed Lobster Claw with Chili and Garlic, Pan-fried Duck liver, Steamed Scallops with Glass Noodles and Garlic Sauce, Roasted Rib Eye with Red Wine Sauce, Hydroponic Vegetables Salad Bar, Japanese Sushi and Sashimi, Indian Curry and 40” Seafood Paella are also not-to-be-missed. Incredible delicacies such as Parma Ham with Rock Melon, Roasted Spain Duroc Pork Rack with Apple Gravy and Crispy Spain Duroc Suckling Pig stuffed with Glutinous Rice are additionally served along the extensive buffet counter from Friday to Sunday.

Ending up your meal perfectly with a wide range of Bird’s Nest Themed Dessert, such as Bird’s Nest Egg Tart, Chilled Coconut & Sago Sweet Soup with Bird’s Nest, Green Tea Bird’s Nest Panna Cotta, Goji Berry, Bird’s Nest and Osmanthus Jelly, Bird’s Nest Apricot Almond Mousse Cake, Bird’s Nest and Raspberry Cream Cake as well as Coconut Bird’s Nest Sticky Rice. 40” Mango Napoléon is the most sought-after dessert while the serving of Baked Jumbo Alaska stimulates you both visual and taste.
