Melia Hotel never disappoint me with their buffet and this year with the theme of “East Meet West” ; one can definitely tempt with the wide spread of buffet which is not just the local delights but more than that. With the  open kitchen concept so diners can enjoy watching our expert chefs cook up amazing dishes.
Start of your meal with the variety choices of ulam ulaman and sambalan where one can enjoy wide variety of ulaman from Ulam Raja, Pucuk Pegaga, Jering Muda, Petai Papan and many more. Sides them with the sambal Tempoyok, sambal belachan and many more. There are also western salads, rojak nyonya, pasembu, pecal, tauhu sumbat, aneka jeruk and many more.
Fill up your tummy with the hot pipping sup tulang rawan berempah, bubur lambuk and many more. Don’t miss out their wide variety of dishes includes Nasi Minyak,Sotong Sumbat Kelantan, Senangin Goreng Cili, Daging Masak Hitam, Lamb Stew, Udang Galah Goreng Kunyit, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Chicken Forestiere, Clam Marinara, Butter Crab Chinese, Siput Sedut Keladi Lemak Cili Api, Pucuk Paku Tumis and the Baby Kailan Sos Tiram to name a few.
Don’t miss out their signature Paella as well as Satay and also the BBQ Chicken Chop, Squid, Sausages and Kebab too.
And of course, their Marinated Whole Lamb with the delicious condiments too.
Ends your meals with the wide selection of Desserts from ABC, to traditional kuih and also the Pengat pisang, Bubur Cha Cha and many more.
