March 9, 2019 By StrawberrY Gal - Lifestyle Leave a Comment

Malaysia’s innovative home shopping network CJ WOW SHOP is offering extra treats for its Chinese audience in 2019. The platform has recently extended its Mandarin on-air programme to the popular urban television channel ntv7. This expansion adds to its existing array of Mandarin content across channels including free-to-air television channel 8TV, online and mobile commerce platforms.

“We are fulfilling the growing demand among our Chinese fans by offering them greater access to a wider variety of good quality brands and product categories that will enrich their lives. With more home shopping content for our customers, ntv7 is now the must visit channel for CJ WOW SHOP Mandarin program delivering a unique shoppertainment experience for them to enjoy,” said Mr. Kim Yang Hyun, CEO of MP CJ ENM Sdn Bhd.

CJ WOW SHOP Mandarin programmes have been significant contributors to its overall business. The platform has recorded a steady increase of customers from among the Chinese community with over 45% year-on-year growth since its very first Mandarin content went on-air on 8 January 2017.

This wild success was partly driven by the line-up of lively and animated show hosts who made every product demonstration entertaining to watch while highlighting the usefulness of each items. By tuning into ntv7, fans can catch the engaging presentations of newly-recruited CJ WOW SHOP Mandarin show hosts such as Angel, Binz and Emerson, alongside their all-time favourites including Baki Zainal, Gary Yap, Kah Chee, Shin Kong and many more.

Extra WOW, Extra Ong!

The home shopping network’s offerings for fans also go beyond just on-screen treats. Emphasising  the platform’s aim to give back to customers during different occasions throughout the year, Mr. Kim Yang Hyun added, “We intend to make our fans’ celebrations more meaningful by creating memorable wow moments that they can share with the entire family and loved ones. In our efforts to spark a positive difference in their lives, we collaborate with like-minded partners to ensure that our customers receive the greatest value with each spending.”

Recently, CJ WOW SHOP ushered an extra auspicious Chinese New Year for its top customer Ms. Tey Chee Ling , providing her with a RM8,888 festive home makeover. Dubbed as the ‘WOW Your Home’ contest, the platform also partnered with renowned Fengshui Master Kenny Hoo, founder of Good Feng Shui® Geomantic Research to provide a special consultation session for the Johor native, giving her the special opportunity to refresh and redecorate her home in time for the festivities.

More Value and Savings Await Fans

While its Chinese New Year offers have come to an end, audiences can still receive more value and greater savings by grabbing exclusive daily rewards under CJ WOW SHOP’s One Day from today till 31 March. By tuning in to its live show ntv7 at 11.00am, shoppers will be able to enjoy special promotions inclusive of 8% WOW Points for transactions made via CJ WOW SHOP’s e-commerce platform.
