Dine at Graze, Hilton Kuala Lumpur this Valentines

February 2, 2019 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Promotion Leave a Comment

Experience the essence of passion with a special 4-course Valentine’s Day set menu exclusively curated by in-house Chef; Chef Darius Seitfudem.

Be greeted with a welcome cocktail called True Love, followed by a first course of either freshly shucked Rock Oysters or Tuna Tartare. Spice up the evening with a choice of Lobster Bisque or Sun Blushed Tomato Soup for seconds and choose between a Grilled French Sea Bass or a red wine braised tenderloin. Finally, end the evening with a stunning dessert of warm rich chocolate cake.

Interested in the perfect wine then choose the Valentine’s Set Menu with Wine Pairing and get a selection of wines served during each course:
·         Andreola Dirupo Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superriore Extra Dry DOCG, made ideal as an aperitif.
·         Frescobaldi Alie Rose Ammiraglia Toscana Italy 2017 paired with the second course.
·         Belles Vignes Chardonnay France 2015 to be paired with the fish or Marques De Riscal 1860 Tempranillo Spain 2016 to be paired with the red meat.
·         To end on a sweet note the dessert will be paired with Grant Burge Alfresco Moscato Australia 2017.

Indulge in a romantic candle-lit setting and trust Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s experienced Sommelier to choose a wine that is best to go with the meal.
