Frankie’s Burgers opens Blackburn restaurant amid expansion across UK

January 22, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

One of the UK’s leading fast casual dining brands is to launch its Blackburn store creating over 35 jobs.
Frankie’s Burgers, which already has a successful branch in Yorkshire, will officially open its town centre store this Saturday with a launch party.
The restaurant serves authentic burgers, peri-peri chicken, healthy grilled options, desserts and shakes alongside a range of other products. It uses premium and fresh products with grass-fed beef and free-range chicken. It will also offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
The store is located at the former Pitchers bar in Salford, Blackburn with the building completely renovated both internally and externally.
The decor of the 170-seater restaurant features interior is inspired by its American influence amid a rustic theme with splashes of red colour in keeping with its brand identity. The new look interior also features the signature Frankie’s Burger sign and booths.
The opening is part of an ambitious growth strategy for the UK targeting five more openings by 2020 creating over 100 new jobs. A new Bradford store is set to open next month in the Broadway Centre.
A spokeswoman for Frankie’s Burgers said the new opening has created 35 full and part time positions.
She said: “We are very excited and delighted to finally open our Blackburn store and invest in what we believe is the perfect balance of amazing food, good customer experience with the right in-store ambience.
“We genuinely believe our proposition is totally different to what has been available to Blackburn customers previously and the main reason we chose this place for our second store.
“We have strong belief in the Frankie’s Burger concept and our fresh, healthy and amazing tasting food and want to bring that same experience to Blackburn.
“Our aim is to now grow the brand across the UK including the North West as part of our ongoing growth strategy.”
As part of the launch party this Saturday, the restaurant is running a number of promotions and will feature local bloggers and guests from the local business community.
Frankie’s Burgers Blackburn will officially launch on Saturday January 19thfrom 11am to 10.30pm. The new store can be found on Pitcher’s Bar, Salford, Blackburn, BB1 5BD, 01254 926749. Opening times are 11am to 10.30pm Mon to Sun. For more information please visit: https://frankiesburgers.co.uk
