Celebrate the year of the Boar at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

Chinese New Year is a time of thanksgiving and reunion and at this time family members will gather around and eat and welcome the New Year together. And Oriental Chinese Cuisine @ Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar brings you with their deliciously Prosperity New Year Set 2019 which launched from 15 November 2018- 19 February 2019.

 
Salmon & Snow Pear Yee Sang (三文鱼雪梨捞生) 
(RM 58 (Half)| RM 98 (Full))

The Salmon & Snow Pear Yee Sang is deliciously done where the awesomely prepared yee sang comes with no colouring / preservative and freshly made. The healthy delighting yee sang is served with the salmon and the snow pear making it to be our favourites. Asides one can order their ala-carte choices of Yee Sang such as the Vegetaran Yee Sang ( RM 48( Half) | RM 78 (Full)), Japanese Scallip Snow Pear Yee Sang ( RM 68( Half) | RM 108 (Full)) and Abalone Yee Sang ( RM 68( Half) | RM 108 (Full)).

 

Double-Boiled Soup with Dry Scallop, Fish Maw and Wild Red Mushroom 
(野红菇干贝花胶炖鸡汤)

Enjoy the bowl of hearty soup which is packed with flavours. The soup served hot and every mouthful is amazingly good. I am just loving the flavours of the soup itself where it is simply tummy warming and soothing.

 

Steamed Pearl Tiger Grouper with Superior Soy Sauce 
(港式蒸珍珠虎班)

The Pearl Tiger Grouper is perfectly steamed till perfectly steamed and ensuring that you will have a delighting plate of awesomely prepared grouper. The fish is fresh and the texture comes simply flaky and every mouthful is just so good and I don’t mind having more of this.

 

Braised Assorted Sea Treasure in Bamboo Basket (养生竹笼海味大盆菜)
 (RM 598 nett per basket for 6 person)) 

The Huge Poon Choi Set is served next. The poon choi set comes with three layers of ingredients compromising seafood, meat, and vegetables. It is perfectly braised in the supreme sauce which includes abalones, sea cucumber scallops, fish maws, prawns, mushrooms, roast duck, waxed roasted duck, smoked oysters, broccoli, and also Chinese Cabbage. The scrumptious dish is definite to entices everyone to dig in.

Sumptuous Waxed Duck with Smoked Oyster Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves 
(荷叶烟蚝蒸腊味饭)

Ends your meal with the Sumptuous Waxed Duck with Smoked Oyster Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves. The delicious rice is fragrantly done where it have the hint of the Lotus Leaf and the rice is perfect with the moist texture.

Deep- Fried Nian Gao with Sweet Potato and Yam
(步步高升炸年糕)
Double Boiled Peach Jelly with Ginseng and Red Dates
 (富贵养颜红枣炖桃胶)
 

Never go home without their desserts. Everything must end with the sweet ending and it is simply delicious especially the nian gao. The nian gao comes amazingly delicious where it brings you with the chewy textures and well deep fried with the sweet potato and yam.
