Pamper your palate with highly popular oysters and foie gras! A mouthwatering menu highlighting succulent freshly-shucked oysters plus an array of gourmet oyster and foie gras dishes are available during the dinner buffet period from 1 January to 28 February 2019.
Each night, three kinds of jet-fresh oysters from Australia, France, Ireland and Canada, will be presented at the seafood counter accompanied by classic garnishes such as fresh lemon and cocktail sauce.
The oyster and foie gras feast continues with a selection of mouthwatering appetisers, featuring Oyster Shooters, Duck Liver Parfait with Smoked Bacon, Oyster Mushroom Puff and more. Highly recommended is the Foie Gras Mille Feuille made from foie gras marinated with port wine and brandy and blended with duck breast to a smooth mousse texture. For the Oyster Roll with Vietnamese Sauce, fresh oysters are cooked in a delicious seafood broth then wrapped up with choices of carrot, cauliflower, cucumber and mint leaves to create a refreshing appetiser.
Hot oyster and foie gras temptations highlight Oyster Rockefeller, Mornay and Kilpatick, Spicy Jalapeno Bacon and Cheese Oyster, Oyster Omelette, Oyster Rockefeller Pizza, and Foie Gras Crème Brulee, to name a few. Chef’s picks include Oyster and Spinach Pie, a smooth rich pie topped with crispy pastry, and Foie Gras Risotto with Mushroom cooked with onions, butter, chicken broth and white wine, then enriched with juicy foie gras, fleshy mushrooms, cheese and butter for a decadent treat.
Sweet cravings will be delighted with a lavish selection of exquisite desserts, including American Cheesecake, Mango and Coconut Mousse Cake, Chocolate Truffle Cake, and the beloved rich and velvety Mövenpick ice cream.
In addition to the oyster and foie gras highlights, diners can savour Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, such as selections of chilled seafood, Japanese sashimi, sushi and soba, ‘live cooking’ noodles, authentic Indian curries and regional Chinese dishes, including the signature Peking Duck.
