The Christmas Eve and Christmas 4-course set dinners feature a choice of Chef Theo’s Italian classics namely Baked Souffle with Fontina Cheese and Black Truffles, Homemade Pasta Filled with Slow Cooked Duck served with Porcini and Girolles Mushroom Sauce, Homemade Tagliatelle Pasta with Red Prawns, Datterini Tomatoes, Chilli Parsley, Garlic and Sardinian Bottarga and many other.
