PERFECT THE FESTIVE SEASON WITH CULINARY WONDERLAND AT INTERCONTINENTAL GRAND STANFORD HONG KONG

While the festive season is upon us, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong invites you to celebrate a memorable and sparkling festive season here with your loved ones. The hotel’s culinary team has prepared a sumptuous selection of festive delicacies surrounded by dazzling adornments, offering guests a truly magnificent experience.

 

Celebrate the holiday season with Italian flair. British celebrity Chef Theo Randall brings guests a memorable festive dining experience blending the best local ingredients and seasonal imported produce from Italy at Theo Mistral by Theo Randall.  The Christmas Eve and Christmas 4-course set dinners feature a choice of Chef Theo’s Italian classics namely Baked Souffle with Fontina Cheese and Black Truffles, Homemade Pasta Filled with Slow Cooked Duck served with Porcini and Girolles Mushroom Sauce, Homemade Tagliatelle Pasta with Red Prawns, Datterini Tomatoes, Chilli Parsley, Garlic and Sardinian Bottarga and many other.

An enticing Festive Brunch will also be served up for family gathering on Christmas. Free-flowing Bellini, Prosecco, Italian red and white wines are available at extra HK$138 per adult. Kids will have a party of their own at the kids’ corner loaded with educational toys and interactive learning games for a delightful afternoon. Santa Claus will also give out gifts and blessings to everyone.

Toast to the end of 2018 at Theo Mistral by Theo Randall with a sumptuous 6-course dinner crafted by Chef Theo Randall and experience a night of the Venetian Carnival with fancy and sophisticated decoration.

 

Alternatively, celebrate Christmas and New Year with lavish festive buffets at Café on M with your family and friends. Café on M offers a host of delectable international culinary delights and divine desserts. Buffet highlights include freshly shucked Oysters, Boston Lobster, Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Brown Crab, Blue Mussel, Beef Tartare with Parmesan and Truffle Cream as well as a variety of Japanese sashimi and sushi. Traditional roasted Turkey and roasted Prime Rib of Beef are also served. Put a perfect finish to the Christmas feast with the indulgent Christmas desserts.
Ring in the New Year with The Golden Gatsby New Year’s Eve Countdown Party at Tiffany’s New York Bar and dress up in a 1920’s outfit. Wine, dine and be merry in a glittering and magnificent setting with live music performance, festive canapés and drinks.
