A Night of Wine Dinner Appreciation @ Cosmo Hotel KL

Where would you be on Friday, 7th December 2018?  No plans as yet?  Book a table and enjoy an evening to appreciate the finer things in life with Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s 1st ever Wine Appreciation Dinner.

A 5-course dinner specially curated by Executive Sous Chef Fazi awaits; each course is paired with a selected wine from the wineries of Chile, Argentina and Australia.  Priced at an affordable RM120 nett per person, the exquisite dinner starts off with:

Appetizer:  Herbs Salmon Ceviche
?Paired with:  Monterrosa Chardonnay Chenin Blanc

Soup:  Classic Seafood Consomme
?Paired with:  Cono sur Bicicleta Sauvignon Blanc

Warm Entrée:  Black Cod served with Red Pepper Confit, Japanese Rice and Miso Cream Sauce
?Paired with:  Deakin Estate Artisan’s Blend Chardonnay Pinot Grigio

Mint Sherbet

Main Course:  Beef Tenderloin served with Polenta Muffin, Garden Vegetable and Mustard Grain Sauce OR Pan Seared Chicken served with Asparagus, Baby Carrot and Green Peppercorn or Mushroom Sauce
?Paired with:  Deakin Estate Artisan’s Blend Shiraz Viogner

Dessert:  Chocolate Mille Feuille and Petit Four
