Ho Yeah @ Publika : Re-Imagine the Traditonal Chinese Comfort Delights!

October 26, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

A new addition to Publika and this is a place I will definitely return for their Chinese Delights. Ho Yeah is the latest addition where it showcases the Chinese Comfort food in a fun and yet contemporary atmosphere.

Being that, Ho Yeah! Brings you with the cheerful interior and unpretentious. The wall features comes with the costume poster which inspired by the Oriental Heroes, a popular Hong Kong based comic that helps to bring the space to life with its colorful scene.

Signature Glass Char Siew (RM 18.90)
One of the highlights here is their Cantonese Roast Meat treats which definitely enhance your taste-buds for sure. Ho Yeah’s Signature Glass Char Siew comes perfectly caramelized, nicely charred sticky in all angle and rimmed with the translucent layer of fat that will definitely melts in your mouth. This is sinfully delicious and I am just love how it is done.

Crispy Siew Yoke (RM 19.90)
Moving next is of course their Crispy Siew Yoke. The siew yok is just awesome with the cracky crispy skin together with the robust flavors. Enjoy the awesome cracky crispy skin that crowns the pieces of the tender roasted pieces of pork meat in it. They are just so good that I am just munching it non-stop.

Signature Ectasy Rice (RM 19.90)
For those who are looking for personal bowl of rice, you can have their Signature Ectasy Rice which is where the warm bowl of rice served traditionally in a bowl and top with the generous portion of glass of char siew with sunny side up and pork lard.

Hot Pepper Tripe Soup  (RM 19.90)
Asides from all this sinfully delicious porky delights, one can actually enjoy a variety of home cooked dishes such as the Hot Pepper Tripe Soup. Enjoy the hot soup filled with the kick and aromatic black pepper in it. To me, it may not too spicy but Jerry thinks is good and such a tummy comfort dish.

Honey Pork Ribs (RM 19.90)
We also enjoy their Honey Pork Ribs which is well coated with the honey glazed. The pork ribs come simply moist and juicy and addictively good. It is just right to my tastebuds.

Stir Fried Long Beans with Roasted Pork (RM 20.90)
Asides from their delicious porky delights, why not have their Stir-Fried Long Beans with the Roasted Pork. It is sinfully good where the long beans is added with some crunch in it.

For those who are looking for some nice delicious place for some Chinese Delights, why not visit Ho Yeah!.
