For those who are a big fan of Yong Tau Fu, our recent discoveries after we moved to Selayang is the yong tau fu stall by the roadside. By the name of Restaurant Chong Kee Yong Tau Fu, they are not just serving yong tau fu but they do serve Pork Vineger, Asam Fish and many more.
The yong tau fu here comes pretty generously in the sizes and the filling is pretty good. Freshly done and delicious too. I love the taste of it and the filling is well blend in the fresh ingredients.
As for the fried sui kao, they are just crunchy and nice.
Don’t miss out their Pork Vinegar where the pork leg is being braised for hours. The vinegar taste is not too overpowering and it is good for me. But the collagen perhaps is too much to my preference.
