Here comes the season when the jolly melodies of Christmas carols are dancing and the fresh pine smell of Christmas trees is prancing in the air.  At this enchanting time of year, German-born Executive Sous Chef of Hugo’s Josef Gallenberger will present an array of gastronomic indulgences.

Christmas Eve Six-course Menu

On Christmas Eve, a six-course dinner featuring Chef Josef’s culinary artistry awaits you in a unique and classic European atmosphere embellished with live music.

Amuse Bouche

Christmas and New Year’s Day Brunch

If you plan to gratify your palate on this joyful occasion, look no further than Hugo’s festive-licious brunch.  These two brunches offer a wide selection of our signature hors d’oeuvres and salads from the buffet, followed by a choice of main course and completed by a range of irresistible homemade desserts.  Seafood connoisseurs may enjoy the succulent spread of fresh oyster, lobster, crab leg and several kinds of caviar at the seafood-on-ice station prior to a savoury main course, including grilled French scallop and skin-roasted pike perch.  Those who prefer meaty creations may sample the gamey braised French rabbit leg or the flavourful roasted French goose breast.  Alternatively, Hugo’s signature roasted US prime rib of beef served from the carving wagon is another traditional treat.  For desserts, chocolate cepes truffle cake and rum panettone pudding are some of the highlights.

Christmas Day, 25 December 2018

✅Semi-buffet brunch: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM, $998 per adult, $698 per child
✅Wine package with free-flowing champagne, white and red wines: $398 per person

New Year’s Day, 1 January 2019
