Guests are recommended to celebrate with family and friends with the divine delicacies crafted by the award-winning culinary team led by Chef de cuisine Jack Chan of Celestial Court. Elegantly packaged in a custom-designed gift box with a pair of mystic knots and one luxurious Jade Ring in the middle, symbolizing wealth, protection and everlasting love, the Mid-Autumn collection comes in two most popular mooncake flavours, including Imperial Mini Custard Cream Mooncake with Egg Yolk (HKD348, 8pcs per box) and Imperial White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Double Egg Yolks (HKD408, 4pcs per box).

§  National Day Fireworks Celebrations
Date: October 1, 2018
Venue: Oyster & Wine Bar / Sky Lounge
The hotel boasts its signature postcard view of Victoria Harbour with its winning location on the top of Kowloon’s Gold Mile, Tsim Sha Tsui. Get ready to be surrounded by the glitter of lights and indulge in the stunning Victoria Harbour fireworks view while enjoying the dinner or drinks at our top-floor restaurants – Oyster & Wine Bar and Sky Lounge.

Oyster & Wine Bar, one of the finest seafood restaurants, launches a National Day Fireworks Dinner Menu ranging from 4-course to 6-course (HKD1,288 to HKD2,388), featuring a series of premium seafood, including freshly shucked oysters handpicked by restaurant’s oyster guru – Chef Oscar Chow, blue shrimp tartar and blue lobster salad as starters, pan-fried scampi with cauliflower purée, seared foie gras with fresh plum, French turbot fillet with salted lemon and leek cream and more.

For Champagne lovers, dive into the world of tiny sparkling bubbles as Sky Lounge has prepared a free-flowing champagne and wines menu with a selection of your own flavours (HKD888 to HKD988, served from 7pm to 9:30pm), such as the signature beetroot gravadlax salmon, shaved serrano ham and seared US scallops, black figs ice cream with blackcurrant, orange and arugula.
