Saro Lounge @ Pavilion Elite : A Hidden Gem for Cocktails

September 23, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Opening their very first outlet in Pavilion Elite, Saro Lounge is one of the restaurant which uses the premium and craft spirit in classic cocktails with the twist. The hidden bar in famous Pavilion Elite is worth visiting. It is one of the city newest Gem in Bukit Bintang Area where they are located at the 8th Floor of Pavilion Elite.

And here; one can enjoy the contemporary variety of delectable tapas and main course and one can have them paired with their signature cocktails as well.

Grilled Australian Beef Skewers (RM 46)
We got to try out their Grilled Australian Beef Skewers which are marinated with the garlic, pepper and capsicum. They are served alongside with the garlic fried rice and their homemade chili sauce.

Fusion Lamb On Skewer and Garlic Fried Rice (RM 46)
Their Fusion Lamb On Skewer and Garlic Fried Rice is another must try. The meat remains its moist and juiciness without any gammy taste in it. And the chunky cubes of lamb are perfectly marinated with their garlic, pepper , capsicum and served along with a bowl of the garlic rice.

Sautèed in Fusion Pesto sauce and Grilled Asparagus (RM 32)

You can also enjoy a plate of pesto as well as they do offer a slurp-licious pasto. Have the pesto perfectly sautéed in the Fusion Pesto Sauce  with the grilled asparagus with grilled chicken.

And one can enjoy a cup or two of their famous cocktails here as well.  Overall, Saro Lounge is indeed a cosy and having a relaxing ambiance to go for after work or you are looking for a nice place to chill in the mall.
