7 Course Dinner with Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur

September 9, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who had not visited Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur before, it is time to head to Ee Cuisine where they always surprise us with the great menu bringing you the best meal from their creative Chef. And this round, we got to enjoy the 7 course dinner in Ee Cuisine at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur which is indeed giving us a great memories.

Eastin Deluxe Two Combination
Started our meal with the Eastin Deluxe Two Combination where they serve us with two of the Chef signature dishes. Enjoy the fresh pluppy oyster which is perfectly deep fried till perfection and served with the lemon sauce. And another is the Steamed Guard with Condyceps Flower and Osmanthus. The Steamed Guard is perfectly steamed till perfection leaving you with the soft and yet filled with the fragrance of the cordyceps and Osmanthus.

Braised Pumpkin Soup with Pomegranate & Cashew Nuts
The bowl of hearty soup comes superbly good with the fragrance pumpkin blend in it. The soup is velvety good and sinfully addictive as well. Each mouthful is amazingly delicious. And I love how Chef added the pomegranate and cashewnuts in it that makes it have some bites and crunch in it.

Pan Fried Cod Fish with Peppermint Sauce
Enjoy the flaky huge portion of cod fish here where they are beautifully pan fried till perfection. Topped with the mint sauce that indeed enhanced the overall flavours of the dish itself.

Oven Baked Lamb Cutlet with Chef’s Signature Sauce
Enjoy the delicious lamb cutlet where the lamb is perfectly baked. The lamb cutlet comes simply moist and juicy and they are topped with the chef’s signature sauce in it.

Braised Stuffed Sea Cucumber with Seasonal Greens
The Braised Stuffed Sea Cucumber comes just perfect. Love the way the chef stuffed the minced fish meat with vegetable. Sides together Sea Cucumber and Seasonal Greens.

Fried Prawn Noodles with Spicy Sauce
And of course; a comfort bowl of noodles had made the overall dining a hearty one.

Double – Boiled Peach Jelly with American Ginseng and Red Dates.
And we end our meal with their lovely desserts. The Double Boiled Peach Jelly comes simply soothing with the taste of light ginseng in it. I am indeed falling in love with every mouthful of the desserts as well.

For those who are looking for some intimate dining with family, why not visit Ee Cuisine.
