Greyhound Cafe @ Mid Valley

August 2, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Originated from Bangkok, Greyhound first outlet is at Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur where the restaurant offers you Instagram- friendly view. And then, they had opened another one in Mid Valley with the al-fesco seating. Located just next to Garrett Popcorn, Greyhound is easily spotted. As for their menu, they serves from Thai food, to Italian and other Asian cuisines.

Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings (RM 18)
We started with their signature dish which is their Signature Chicken Wings. Enjoy the delicious crunchy Famous Chicken Wings which is perfectly marinated with their imported fish sauce. The taste is just aromatic and with the hint of pandan in it.

Pomelo Salad (RM 25)
The Pomelo Salad is simply addictive. I am totally in love with it where the pomelo salad is beautifully presented with the roasted coconut bits, pounded dried shrimps and sprinkled with the crispy fish, topped with the sweet lime dressing. Served together with the romaine and wild betel leaves with it.

Complicated Noodles (RM 26)
This is indeed dish to ploy where the complicated noodles
come with the fresh steamed noodle sheets, crisp lettuce, minced chicken and their spicy chili sauce. The dish looks not  really appetizing at the first sign but once you take the first bite, you will taste the bursting chili flavours in your mouth and the taste is just robust.

Penne with Spicy Light Pesto Sauce (RM 27)
For fans of penne, you can order this penner where they are perfectly stir fried till perfection and topped ith the generous asparagus and mix mushroom with light spicy spesto sauce and sprinkled with the almond flakes.

Spicy Spaghetti Thai Sauce (RM26)
If you are a spicy lover, go for their Stir-Fried Spaghetti with the choice of beef, chicken or seafood.  The spaghetti is perfectly cooked al-dente with the ingredients together with the chilies, peppercorns and basil leaves.

Pad Thai With Fresh Shrimp (RM 26)
For fans of Thai Cuisine, one of the must have is also their Fried Thai Rice Noodles with the tamarind sauce and fresh shrimps served together with the crushed peanuts and chili flakes. Nicely done and it is such a perfect taste of it with robust spicy flavors in it.

Egg with Chicken Basil
For rice lover, you can enjoy the delicious hearty bowl of rice here.  The bowl of rice which is such an indulgence where you can have the chunky tender chicken basil together with egg. Sides with the bowl of hearty warm soup.

Young Coconut Crepe Cake (RM 22)

Sakoo Piek (RM 16)
Ends your meals with both the signature of Greyhound here. Enjoy the roll of crepe sheets, shredded young coconut and whipped cream. Topped with tulle. Or you can have the Sakoo Piek where the Coconut Sago is served with the chestnut together with the coconut sherbet.

Overall, Greyhound is a great place for dining with the fusion style. For fans of Fusion Thai Delights, it is time to visit Greyhound now
