Guests will be served four different wines from the iconic Australian winery who are known for their
quality contemporary wines with great varietal expression. Each glass will be perfectly paired alongside a bespoke menu, crafted specifically for the one-night only, dining experience. Pairings include Golden Rose Wanton, Mini Porcupine Bun, Cheese Baked U.S Oysters, Honey Mirin Cod Fish, Duck Affair, Pan Fried Lamb Rack, Jumbo Water Prawns & Crispy Noodles, Chocolate Truffle Pudding and Honey Osmantus Pudding.
