Celebrate the nation’s independence with a feast. Let us take your taste buds on a gastronomic journey around Malaysia and be tempted by the rich and mouth-watering local favourites, all served right here at the comfort of Cinnamon Coffee House. Our team of chefs, which comprises talents from the multi-racial ethnics of Malaysia with different backgrounds and experiences, have concocted a delightful spread that is bound to ignite the feeling of unity among our buffet partakers.

Begin your culinary trip with appetisers of Acar Rampai Mahligai, Squid Salad with Young Pineapple, Tempe Goreng dan Ikan Bilis Berlada, Pasta Salad with Seafood and Basil Pesto, Fish Terrine with Salsa and Green Salad, Salmon Gravlax and Roasted Fennel and various ulam-ulaman, rojak and kerabu that will leave you yearning for more.

Discover the taste of Malaysian with specialty dishes such as Soto Ayam Madura, Cockles Curry Mee, Steamed ‘Loh Mai Kai’, Five-Spice Fried Chicken, Roasted Chicken with Orange Sauce, One World’s Special Fish Head Curry with Okra, Garlic Butter Pilaf Rice with Raisins, Roasted Duck with Barbeque Sauce, Indian Style Dum Biryani, Ghee Rice with Corn and the perennial favourite, Nasi Lemak are available for your dining pleasure.

Craving Western food? Diners can expect a medley of international favourites such as Roast Lamb with Rosemary and Mint Sauce…marinated with chefs’ special recipe and roast to perfection, Roasted Root Vegetables and Garlic and Herb Potatoes. Pasta enthusiast will be equally satisfied with a myriad variety of pastas paired with different sauces such as tomato sauce, creamy white sauce, pesto sauce or the meaty bolognese cooked a-la-minute.

Do leave some space for desserts as a there is a long list of sweets on offer. Indulge in Apam Balik Durian, Bubur Jagung dengan Sago, assorted Malay kuih, Chocolate Fountain with condiments, assorted Ice-Cream, Crème Brulee Tartlets, Pandan Entremet, Sago Pudding in Glass, Caramel Almond Cheesecake, Peach Crumble Cake and the list continues.

Apart from delectable spread, there will also be exciting games and activities lined up for the children during Hi Tea.
