Ron is an award-winning mixologist and F&B professional whose experience spans the Asian continent, from the exclusive clubs of Dubai to the luxury hotels of Southeast Asia. This experience has included developing the bar concept for Shangri-La’s luxury resort in the Maldives and working with Michelin-starred chefs, including Gary Rhodes.
He has also wowed guests at some of Asia’s top rooftop venues, including The Dome at Lebua, the iconic sky bar in Bangkok. Last year, Ron launched his own private consultancy company, Glass of Art and Science.
And now, he brings his art, passion and experience to Vana Nava Sky Bar, the new 360-degree rooftop destination that crowns the Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin.
Perched on the 27th floor of this impressive new hotel, 110 metres above the ground, Vana Nava Sky Bar was designed by Ashley Sutton – the mastermind behind some of Asia’s most famous bars, including Maggie Choo’s and Iron Fairies in Bangkok and Ophelia in Hong Kong. With its stylish interior design, glass-floored outdoor observation deck and dramatic 360-degree views, Vana Nava Sky Bar is fast-becoming the most desirable destination on Thailand’s Gulf coast.
“This amazing location is enhanced by Ashley Sutton’s inventive interior design and Joseph Boroski’s creative mixology skills. We have the opportunity to create something truly special here and I look forward to working with the entire team at Vana Nava Sky Bar to elevate Hua Hin’s culinary scene to new heights,” Ron added.
Vana Nava Sky Bar forms part of the brand new Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin, which became Asia’s first Holiday Inn water park resort when it opened earlier this year. The launch of this rooftop bar and observation deck, and the appointment of Ron Ramirez, will also help accelerate Hua Hin’s transformation from charming seaside town to world-class tourism destination.
