The chefs of Royal Plaza on Scotts are ready to welcome the Trump-Kim summit with some culinary creativity. Guests who are in town during the week of the summit, can look forward to try a Trump-Kim Burger and Summit Iced Tea from 8 to 15 June 2018, 6pm to 10pm, at Scotts Lounge (Level 2, Royal Plaza on Scotts).
The menu combines American and Korean influences in honour of the historic event that will be hosted in Singapore. The grilled Trump-Kim Burger is made up of minced chicken and kimchi patty, seaweed, with Korean rice rolls and fries. Summit Iced Tea is specially-concocted by infusing iconic Korean flavour honey yuzu into traditional iced tea, which originated from America. The Trump-Kim Burger is priced at S$12++ and the Summit Iced Tea at S$6++, with relevance to the scheduled date of the summit.
