Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong has been awarded the ‘Hong Kong Travel Industry Top 10 Recommended Hotels’ during the 2018 Belt and Road International Tourism Forum on New Business Opportunities held on 14 June 2018 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Mr. Dalip Singh, General Manager of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong received the award on behalf of the hotels during the ceremony.
Organised by the Global Commercial Newspapers Union, Hong Kong Commercial Daily and Economic Herald, the Belt and Road International Tourism Forum on New Business Opportunities was held for the third consecutive year to explore how the travel industry can join hands to strategically pursue the opportunities brought about by the Belt and Road Initiative. The ‘Top 10 Recommended List’ was announced for the first time this year to serve as a tourists’ guideline by recognising excellence in the industry across five areas, including Attraction and Service, Travel Agency, Hotel, Restaurant and Retail.
