Orchard Hotel Singapore’s signature Cantonese restaurant, Hua Ting, has clinched double honours at the G Restaurant Awards 2018, bagging the distinguished “Best Dinner Experience (Asian)” and “Award of Excellence” accolades.

A total of 48 “Award of Excellence” and ten category winners were recognised at the awards ceremony. Nominated restaurants are judged by a panel comprising ambassadors, head honchos of companies, food critics and wine experts who dined incognito over a six-month period to decide on the winners.
In its ninth edition, the G Restaurant Awards recognise the best dining experiences delivered by top restaurants and are put together by The Peak Selections: Gourmet & Travel, a supplement of luxury magazine The Peak by SPH magazines.
